Call-outs are logged at our regional offices, prioritised in categories of importance with the consent of the client, and promptly attended to as agreed with the customer.
Where a fixed response time is agreed between us and the customer — for example, no longer than two hours from receiving the call-out — we stick to it.
We only fit genuine parts. Alternative parts are used solely on the client's specific request and consent — as a cheaper alternative — and we will always inform you of any negative impact on your equipment if one exists.
